We are excited to launch our new Loyalty Programme which commenced on 1 September 2017.
As of this date all old loyalty treatments cannot be redeemed, however they will be added to your new loyalty account.
Please hand in your old loyalty card to Pure Indulgence reception so your balance can be transferred onto our new computerised loyalty system – Yay one less card in your wallet!
Old cards will no longer be accepted after 1 January 2018.

Our “PI$” Loyalty Programme is our way to give back to our clients and say thank you for choosing us.
You do not have to worry about keeping track of anything as all in store purchases are noted through our computer system. After every transaction your PI$ are automatically added to your personal file. You will start earning points from your first service or purchase after becoming a loyalty member.
This is a free programme and is presented as a courtesy to our clients.
Simply ask about having your loyalty account activated next time you are in our Spa and start earning PI$ immediately!
