When should I Arrive?

Five minutes before your treatment time is appreciated.

Running late for Appointments

Arriving late will limit your treatment time. Please phone if you are going to be late. Privacy Your privacy is our main priority. Booking Fee For treatments that take two hours or more we require a deposit of $100.00 this is to be paid in advance. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

No Shows will incur a $25 fee which will be added to your account and will need to be paid at your next appointment.

Note: If you are using a voucher for a treatment and you cancel your appointment within 12 hours we will redeem 50% of your voucher. Also if you do not show, your voucher is automatically redeemed in full and can not be used again at any time.
