Vouchers are often a difficult problem for business owners. Validation dates, changing of treatments and extention of voucher expiry dates has become an issue lately. This is our policy we ask that you please respect our terms:

• Vouchers are valid for 1 year only
• Vouchers are to be redeemed before valid expiry date
• Vouchers are non transferable
• If using a voucher and you do not show up for your appointment your voucher is automatically redeemed
• If cancelled within 12 hours we will redeem 50% of your voucher
  
• We do not give change or refund our vouchers
• If you lose your voucher we have no obligation to replace it so keep it in a safe place
