Vouchers are valid for 6 months only - they will not be redeemed after their expiry date. We do not give change or refund our vouchers. You cannot use your voucher to purchase a voucher for someone else.

Voucher users must be fully vaccinated when coming into the salon during Red and Orange trafiic light system. Please be cautious when buying a voucher for a recipient, as no refunds are given as per policy.
